Try On: Shein Fall

I ordered some great pieces from Shein for fall and I was not disappointed with what showed up in the mail. I picked up three dresses and two sweaters, all perfect for fall and the upcoming holidays, along with being able to transition back into the spring weather so easily.

Dress #1: Bird of Paradise Dress

I absolutely love this dress, although it is more of a tunic on me. I would prefer it to be a couple inches longer, but I do have some pretty long legs. It would be super cute with some tights and over the knee boots or medium to light wash distressed jeans and booties.

Dress #2: Rust Floral Dress

I really love this dress, but it is much more summery than I anticipated. It is going to work well for summer and the summer to fall transition period next year. It looks great with booties and my jean jacket but would also be cute with sneakers. It is very low cut, so I am planning on tacking it up to make it less busty.

Dress #3: Give Thanks Dress

This dress is my favorite item from this purchase! It is so cute and perfect for fall! I am planning on wearing it for a Thanksgiving tomorrow with these black over the knee boots and a cardigan. It's lined, which is perfect and so comfortable. It has an elastic waistband, elastic around the sleeves to create a bell sleeve, and also an elastic mock neckline. There is a tie at the waist to create dimension but its not functional to make the dress tighter or looser.

Sweater #1: Sherbet Sweater

This color block sweater is so cute and cozy! I was a little on the fence about it because the colors are a bit brighter than I normally wear. I am so happy with it though! It has a slight v-neck and an oversized pocket on the chest. It is a semi-cropped length, so if you are looking for something longer, this isn't what you want, but I love tucking my sweaters into my jeans, so I am all about it!

Sweater #2: Striped Sweater

I don't have many striped sweaters, this is my second one. It is an oversized and boxy fit with a cropped length. I really love the coloring of it, but wish I would have sized down to a small. The neckline is also pretty stiff and not stretchy, which makes it hard to put on and can be uncomfortable if something is pulling on it (like a purse strap). Overall super comfy and I can see myself getting a lot of wear from this sweater.

Thanks for checking out my recent Shein haul!
